Privacy policy
Structural draft — not yet reviewed. A qualified review (GDPR, since Malta is an EU member state, plus ePrivacy cookie rules) is required before launch. Do not publish as-is.
What we collect
- Server logs: this site is a static site served by Cloudflare Pages; we operate no server of our own and hold no access logs. The host (Cloudflare) processes standard access logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) as hosting provider, under its own retention policy.
- Analytics: none. This site runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts.
- Affiliate click tracking: outbound casino links carry a tracking parameter so operators can attribute referred accounts (that attribution is how the site is funded; see the affiliate disclosure). The operator’s own processing of your data is governed by the operator’s privacy policy, not ours.
- Data you send us: correction emails and data submissions, kept only as long as needed to act on the correction or report, then deleted.
We do not require accounts, do not collect payment details, and never see your casino balances or documents.
Your rights (GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt). Requests via the contact page; identity checks apply.
Controller
PayoutMalta is an independent, single-editor publication run by its named editor, Natalia K., based in Sliema, Malta. The operating legal entity and its registered address will be published here as soon as they are finalised; until then, data-protection requests reach the controller directly via the contact page.
Cookies: none. This site sets no cookies. The only browser storage is a single
sessionStorage flag (stickycta-dismissed) that remembers you closed the sticky comparison
bar; it stores no identifier and expires when the tab closes.
