Visa Casinos Accepting Malta Residents — What Each Cashier Actually Shows

Seven operators take Visa from an account registered in Malta, and we hold an account at every one — each accepts Malta residents. Five of those cashiers showed us a card entry naming Visa on our own logged-in screen; the last two are confirmed by a person rather than photographed — BC.Game by the reviewer who funds that account, 777 by the owner’s like-for-like statement that its cashier mirrors 888casino’s.

Deposits have been made with the methods five of these cashiers display, Visa among them, on accounts of ours registered in Malta; at Decode Casino the cashier was read from inside the account with no deposit of ours yet made, and at 777 the rails are on record by the mirror statement alone. What differs between the seven is what each cashier showed us, and that is what sets the order: 888casino leads because it is the only one that has ever printed a figure against Visa by name.

The seven operators, ranked

Rank 1 is the only cashier that printed us a euro figure against Visa by name. Below it come the four whose card entry we captured naming Visa — Decode Casino’s with a $25–$500 band in dollars across all four card brands rather than against Visa alone — ordered by the fastest payout we have measured at that operator, and last the two whose card rail we have on a person’s word rather than in a capture of our own: BC.Game on the reviewer’s confirmation, 777 on the owner’s mirror statement against its sister brand — the whole rule. 1. 888casino — the only cashier that printed us a Visa figure

• What we saw on the cashier — five EUR tabs captured on our own account on 11 July 2026: Skrill, Visa, Mastercard, Luxon Pay and Neteller, each with figures beside it under a heading the cashier calls “Your deposit limits”. Visa showed a €10 minimum. No Visa ceiling appeared — that is a gap in the capture, not a limitless card, and you should size a large transfer against the cashier rather than against this page.
• What its payout policy does and does not say — 888casino’s own terms state the operator is “not permitted to pay withdrawals to MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards”. Read it closely: that sentence names Mastercard and Eurocard and does not name Visa. What it means for a Visa card is not something the clause settles, and we are not going to settle it for them — ask support before you fund an account here expecting the money to come back the way it went in. • Malta registration — Verified. Malta was offered and selected as country of residence in the registration flow, and the account was logged in and carrying a cash balance when we read those limits off it.
• Licence of record — MGA MGA/CRP/121/2006-09 on the operator’s footer, held by Virtual Digital Services Limited of Sliema. This is the one operator here whose entity and domain we matched on the regulator’s own tools: the MGA Licensee Register shows the parent authorisation MGA/CRP/121/2006 as Licensed to that company and the MGA URL Checker lists 888casino.com to it, both checked 11 July 2026. The footer’s -09 is that authorisation’s dated re-issue, taken from the footer rather than the register.
• Minimum deposit — €10, and the Visa tab’s own floor matches it.

2. BitStarz — the largest lobby here, and the €20 floor to enter it

• What we saw on the cashier — one combined credit-card entry covering Visa and Mastercard together, in the 17-method cashier we captured on our own EUR wallet on 9 July 2026. No card-specific limits appeared beside it, and no card withdrawal is displayed at all.
• Malta registration — Verified. The account is held and run from Malta, and a €493.78 withdrawal has been completed on it — functional for a Malta resident, not merely opened.
• Licence of record — Curaçao GCB OGL/2024/165/0185, held by Gareton B.V. and named in the operator’s own terms and footer. The Curaçao Gaming Authority publishes no searchable register, so the only live check anyone can run is the dynamic seal on the licensed domain, and our licence-to-domain match is recorded as unclear on exactly that basis.
• Minimum deposit — €20, the highest on this page.

3. NetBet — the cashier that asks credit or debit before it asks for the number

• What we saw on the cashier — two separate card entries, quoted from the capture: “Credit card (Visa/Mastercard)” and “Debit Card Number (Visa/Mastercard)”, in a nine-entry deposit modal read top to bottom on our own logged-in EUR account, 11 July 2026. It is the only cashier here that splits them, so the screen asks which one you are holding first.
• The card payment we logged to the minute here was a Mastercard — €10 through this cashier’s card rail on 11 July 2026, 3-D Secure captured at 17:51, full amount credited, on a Revolut Mastercard. Deposits have been made on this account with the methods the cashier shows, Visa included; that one is simply the payment we wrote down with a timestamp beside it, which is why it anchors the Mastercard page rather than this one.
• Malta registration — Verified. The account is registered and run from Malta, and it was logged in when we captured that cashier.
• Licence of record — MGA MGA/CL1/272/2006, NetBet Enterprises Ltd of Pietà, read off the operator’s own footer on 11 July 2026, with eCOGRA named in the terms as the dispute body (read 13 August 2026). The MGA register cross-check is still open on our record, so the number stands as operator-stated.
• Minimum deposit — €10.
• Welcome offer — “100% first-deposit match up to €200 + 10 free spins on Shining Crown (code NBWELCOME)”, carrying 30× wagering on the bonus and 7 days to use it, with bonus winnings converting to cash only up to €1,000 — anything above that is deducted. Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller do not qualify for it at all; the card is not on that list, which is a real point in the card’s favour here.
• Payout we measured — €20 to Skrill, request to credited: 3h (first test), 11 July 2026 — and that €20 was a Skrill deposit cashed back out rather than winnings.

4. Betway — the only cashier here that shows a card route out

• What we saw on the cashier — a five-entry deposit list read on our own logged-in EUR account on 12 August 2026, opening with an entry the screen labels simply “Cards” — Visa and Mastercard, on our reading of that capture — which Betway’s own copy calls “Best choice for Malta”.
• And on the way out — the withdrawal list captured on the same account shows “Payment to Card” and “Debit Cards” among its six entries. That makes Betway the only operator on this page whose cashier displays a card route in both directions. It is a displayed entry and nothing more: no card payout has ever been timed by us, at Betway or anywhere else, and we do not publish a figure we have not measured. • Malta registration — Verified. Our reviewer holds a working Betway account and used it on 12 August 2026: the cashier, the balance and a completed €10 deposit from a Skrill balance were all captured on it.
• Licence of record — MGA MGA/CRP/130/2006, held by Betway Limited of Gzira, read back off the MGA’s own Dynamic Seal of Authorisation on 13 August 2026 — status Licensed, Types 1 and 2, approved ADR eCogra. The seal is the check behind it; the register cross-check itself has not been run.
• Minimum deposit — not published. The card deposit screen we captured offered €10, €20 and €50 presets plus an Own Amount box, and a preset is not a stated minimum.
• Welcome offer — “30% cash back on net casino losses in the first 24 hours after your first deposit”. No wagering multiplier is published for it — unknown, not zero — and the promotion expires 14 days after registration.
• Lobby — 16 published providers, and a live lobby that rendered 216 tables on the Malta-facing site when we read it on 13 August 2026.
• Who it suits — you want the card to be a two-way street on the screen, and a licence read off the regulator’s own seal. The slots list is the shortest here at 16 providers and the live floor is where the size is. Just hold the withdrawal claim at what it is: an entry we saw, not a payout we timed.

5. Decode Casino — the card screen priced in dollars, captured on our own account

• What we saw on the cashier — a card screen carrying Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express at $25–$500 a transaction with 50/100/200/400 presets, read from our own Malta-registered account on 17 August 2026, priced in USD with no euro option anywhere on it.
• The card is a one-way rail here — the operator’s published banking page makes every card brand deposit-only. The four ways out it lists are Bitcoin (no fee stated), eZeeWallet ($5), Bank Wire ($50) and courier cheque ($60), processed within 48 business hours — operator-stated, never captured or timed by us.
• Malta registration — Verified. The account was registered with a Malta address on 17 August 2026 and the cashier read from inside it; Malta is absent from the operator’s restricted-country list.
• Licence of record — Curaçao 8048/JAZ, held by Deck Media N.V. Curaçao publishes no searchable register, and no ADR body is on our record for this operator.
• Minimum deposit — the card screen’s own floor is $25; no euro figure exists on our record and we do not convert.
• Welcome offer — “25 free spins on Fat Ca$h — no deposit, code redemption required”, carrying the operator’s stated 35× rollover and a $100 cap on non-deposit winnings — the one offer on this page that needs no card at all; the claim steps sit with the spins offer linked earlier on this page.

6. BC.Game — the card rail we have on our reviewer’s word, not our screenshot

• What we saw on the cashier — the fiat deposit tab of our own Malta-resident EUR account on 10 July 2026, showing five methods with their own limits: PayDo €10–€5,000, Skrill €20–€2,000, Piastrix €10–€10,000, Neteller €20–€2,000 and Paysafecard €10–€1,000. Visa is not among them. It sits with Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PicPay further down the same deposit page as a brand mark, and our reviewer — who holds and funds this account — confirmed on 16 August 2026 that the full list is current and correct. That is why this operator is here at all, and why it is here last: the fact is settled, our own capture of it is not.
• Malta registration — Verified. The reviewer is resident in Malta, holds a working EUR account, and both the cashier above and a completed €100 Skrill deposit on 16 August 2026 were captured on it.
• Licence of record — Anjouan (Comoros) ALSI-202410011-FI1, held by Twocent Technology Limited. Anjouan publishes no searchable register — verification runs through the seal on the operator’s own site — and no independent ADR body is named anywhere in the terms. That is the thinnest protection ladder on this page by a clear margin.

• Who it suits — you want crypto and a card on the same account, and a four-figure cashout matters more to you than a regulator you can look up. Against that: Anjouan with no named ADR body, and on this page’s own subject we are passing on our reviewer’s confirmation rather than a screen we read. 7. 777 — the cashier on its sister brand’s word

• What we saw on the cashier — nothing of our own yet. The entry here rests on the owner’s like-for-like statement of 21 August 2026: 777’s cashier mirrors 888casino’s — same operating company, same platform — which puts Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and Luxon Pay on its deposit screen. The €10 Visa floor this page leads with belongs to 888casino’s account and does not transfer: it was an account-level figure, and this is a different account.
• Malta registration — Verified. Malta sits among exactly nine selectable countries on the registration form served to a Malta session (owner capture, 20 August 2026).
• Licence of record — MGA MGA/CRP/121/2006-09, the same entity and licence as 888casino (Virtual Digital Services Limited): one register entry covers both brands, and the register check run for the sister brand on 11 July 2026 is the strongest verification either carries.
• Minimum deposit — not on our record: neither the cashier floor nor the welcome code’s qualifying minimum is published in the terms we read on 20 August 2026.
• Welcome offer — “100% up to €200 Instant FreePlay on your 1st deposit (code WELCOME777)”, at 30× the bonus over 90 days — and a Skrill or Neteller first deposit is ineligible for it, which on this page matters: the card is the rail that keeps the offer.

Where our record stops: the payout side

Every operator above was read on a logged-in account of ours registered in Malta, and at five of the seven, deposits have been made through the methods those cashiers display — Decode Casino, read 17 August 2026, has no deposit of ours yet, and 777’s rails are on record by the owner’s mirror statement alone. The gap is on the way back out: no card payout of ours has ever been timed, anywhere.

That matters for the thing people most want to know — how fast a Visa payout lands — because we cannot yet put a number on it. What we can say is which cashiers display a route out at all, and that list grew on 21 August 2026. Betway’s captured withdrawal list shows “Payment to Card” and “Debit Cards”. 888casino’s withdraw screen displays a Revolut/card option (owner check, 21 August 2026) — a display that sits beside its own terms, which rule out Mastercard and Eurocard payouts while saying nothing about Visa either way, so the displayed route runs on the Visa side. 777’s own time-frames table publishes Visa and Mastercard withdrawals — a three-business-day pending, then up to five more for Visa — operator-stated, and its cashier mirrors 888casino’s by the same owner statement. BitStarz displays no card withdrawal at all, and Decode Casino’s own published banking page goes further than silence: it prints every card rail as deposit-only. The displayed routes are tracked on the Revolut withdrawals page; when we time one, the figure will appear on the Payout Speed Index with the date and the rail attached, and this section will shrink accordingly.

What the deposit screen actually shows

“Takes Visa” is not one fact, and the wording differs cashier by cashier. NetBet splits credit and debit into two separate entries, both labelled with both schemes, so the screen asks you which card you are holding before it asks for the number. BitStarz and Betway each put both schemes behind a single option — Betway’s is labelled just “Cards”. Decode Casino puts all four card brands on one screen with one shared $25–$500 band. 888casino is the only one of the seven that gave Visa a tab and a euro figure of its own.

If the Visa you intend to use lives in a phone wallet, the card rail is the one it rides — the wallet-specific detail sits on the Apple Pay and Google Pay pages. If you would rather not put a card number into a cashier at all, the same operators mostly show a prepaid voucher entry, which is a different rail with different floors: paysafecard. And the sibling scheme, where we do have a payment of our own on the log, is Mastercard.

If you hold a Revolut card, check which scheme it carries

This is the one thing on this page worth checking before you reach the cashier, because a lot of Malta accounts are funded from a Revolut card and the answer is not obvious.

Revolut issues cards on both networks, and it does not publish which scheme a Malta-issued card carries. So “I have a Revolut card” does not tell you whether you are on this page or the Mastercard one. The card itself does: the logo is printed on it, and it is in the Revolut app beside the card.

The one card deposit we have logged went through on a Revolut Mastercard, at NetBet on 11 July 2026. BitStarz’s own cashier capture describes its combined card entry as the rail a Revolut card rides. Neither of those tells you a Revolut Visa behaves identically, and we have not put one through a cashier to find out.

Separately, and whichever scheme your card carries: Revolut has an optional gambling block, and switching it off takes 48 hours. If your Visa keeps getting refused

The scheme is not usually the obstacle, and swapping it for the other one usually is not the fix.

Our BOV and HSBC Malta guides read those refusals as a block applied at the bank, before the casino ever sees the payment — at BOV, written against merchant category 7995. Neither bank has stated a policy to us and neither publishes one we can cite, so that is our working explanation rather than a rule anyone has confirmed. It carries one practical consequence worth knowing: if the block is written against the merchant category, moving from a Visa to a Mastercard at the same bank changes nothing, because the merchant has not changed.

No BOV or HSBC Malta card has been put through any of these cashiers on our account, so “change banks” is not a fix we can say we have watched work. What we have watched work is a card drawing on a balance of its own.

What the terms ask of the card itself

Five of the six operators here ask the same one thing of it: that the card be yours, with the name on it matching the name on the account. BitStarz §8.6.6, NetBet §11.5 and Betway §4.4 each say a version of it; 888casino’s user agreement and BC.Game’s deposit terms carry the same own-name requirement, and our record holds the requirement rather than a clause number for those two, so we are not printing one. The sixth, Decode Casino, we could not check: its terms routes returned errors to our reader on 17 August 2026, so whether it writes the same clause is unknown rather than absent. Third-party cards are the real prohibition here: borrowing a partner’s Visa is what breaches those clauses.

On the kind of card, one of the five can be settled with a number: Betway’s Malta terms were searched end to end on 15 August 2026 and returned zero occurrences of “prepaid”, “e-money” and “virtual card”, so a prepaid, virtual or e-money Visa in your own name is not written out of them. For the other four our record carries no instrument-class clause either — BC.Game’s terms prohibit no instrument class at all, checked 15 August 2026. That is what we have read, rather than a guarantee about what their terms contain.
